*Mobile Suit Gundam Episode title tune* THE BEGINING ( sorry couldnt resist)
IC:
two IE Mid-range Mechas
survey and asteroid field for some strange readings that had been picked up by
battle cruiser Dreadnaught.
Pilot 1: this is suit 451-a reporting survey
is almost complete, we havent found anything.
Dreadnaught: 451-a your
transmission isnt clear *static* can you....
Pilot 1: repeat, survey is
almost complete.. do you copy Dreadnaught?... this is 451-a do you copy?....
341-c can you reach the Dreadnaught?
Pilot 2: No i lost radio contact a
few seconds ago.
*radar goes dead*
Pilot 2: what the hell? 451-a
I just lost my radar.. I'll need visual escort back to the Dreadnaught.
Pilot 1: I wish i could help ya, but I lost mine too. lets see if we
ca... *satic followed by an explosion*
Pilot 2: 451-a... 451-a... can

Rob: no... he cant
Pilot 2: Identify yourself

Rob: *soft chuckle* if i told you, I'd have to kill
you... like you friend.
Pilot 2: damnit i cant see him

cannon shells pound on the 341-c's haul*
Pilot 2: shit!
341-c
frantically starts firing his laser cannon wildly not knowing who he was facing
or what.. the laser cannon overheats and he pulls out the beam saber..
Rob: *chuckle* Beam saber? what a basic weapon. melee is true battle...
it is the fight of warriors. you are brave.. but such a waste of the IE.
*Plasma rod illuminates in the darkness of space*
Pilot 2: there
you are!
Pilot 2 charges the unknown mecha, when he gets close he
recognizes it and freezes in terror
Rob: you stopped.. coward *slashs
the IE suit down the shoulder into between the legs going through the cockpit*
Dreadnaught: 451-a or 341-c come in.. this is the Dreadnaught report
status imediately!
Rob: the dreadnaught! the pride of the ferderations
fleet... my lucky day. Computer located A-Class star crusier Dreadnaught.
X Computer: Intergalatic Enforcer battle crusier Dreadnaught located
*appears on monitor*
The X boosters thrust at max to the location of the
Dreadnaught, the Dreadnaught located the X on its radar (battle crusier radars
are harder to jam with mecha's jammers)
Dreadnaught: Pilot of the X, you
have been spotted, surrender your suit at once or you will be destoried.
Rob: come and get me
The dreadnaught fires its ultra particle
cannon at the X and the crew's celebration can be heard over the intercom, but
to their dismay the X remains surrounded by a red orb (the hyper shield) which
dissapears seconds later. The X pulls out is Ultra Plasma cannon and charges i
to max and fires at the Dreadnaught blowing a huge hole threw its left engine
and taking out many decks
Commander: Impossible! no one can survive such
an assult!.. give me a damage report!
Soldier: Sir, left engine is
totally gone, thrusters are inoperative, life suport on decks 45-63 are offline,
main computer is temporarly offline.
Commander: sitting ducks!! were a
sitting duck to one Mobile Suit!?! this is the most powerful battle cruiser in
the universe!
Rob: Ah its a shame I dont have a battle curiser of my own
to finish you off, but send my warm grettings to the viceroy.
The X
pulls out its plasma rod and swings under the Dreadnaugh and runs it under the
ship as it goes at max thrust. the X dissapears into space leaving the mighty
dreadnaught crippled.
OOC: (sorry for the long introduction of my
character.. i havent even actually introduced him, but to save you the reading
ill do it next time)

Hiroko: Cerebrus, set course for the European desert.
Cerebrus (femine
voice): Yes, Hiroko. Watch out, there will be high frequencies of radiation, far
worse than the ones of the East America Desert.
Hiroko: Acknowledged:
:: Hiroko walks out of the cockpit and through the accomidations
corridor, coming into the main portion of the large ship, the hangar. He is
burdened as he pulls a thick pile of synthetic fabrics, and begins attaching
them to the joints of Hotaru - 2, preparing it for the desert. By the time he's
attaching one of the last fabrics, he's taken off his shirt from all of the hard
labor. He crawls over and reaches under the shoulder to try to fasten it, but
falls off as the entire ship shakes violently, as they enter the atmosphere. ::
Hiroko: Cerebrus! Why didn't you set the course through the hole in the
atmosphere! I'm going to have to buy new entry tiles now! 
Cerebrus: My apologies. I will remember this in the future.
Hiroko: Acknowledged.
:: Hiroko finished attaching the fabrics
and went back to the control station to review his detailed travel plan. ::
It read, ' You will leave from the Tau Ceti space station and embark
straight to Earth. Upon entering the atmosphere, the Hotaru - 2 will be prepared
for conditions. After breaking through the atmosphere, Cerebrus will dock at
Skybase IV, and generalized maintenance will be prepared, as well as enhanced
preparations for conditions. Estimated time to Skybase IV: Twelve hours. From
there Cerebrus will fly straight to the Underground London Outpost. Estimated
time from Skybase IV: Six hours.'
:: Hiroko went to his bedroom and
tried to take a nap, but was restless. He stared up into space to see a small
battle, and was suprised when a familiar melee weapon was wielded ::
He
thought to himself, 'Can that be the Plasma technology Crest nixxed two years
ago?' and went to sleep.

IC:
the X apporches a remote area in space the senors detect a large
cloaked object, Rob enters in some encrypted code on his console and send it
out.
Radio: back so soon Mr. Opsulous?
A farily big station
decloaks and the X docks in a bay which closes and appears to vanish as if there
was no door in the 1st place.
Rob: Gordon, I need you to check the
calibration on the X's UPC (ultra plasma cannon) it might be a few sectors off.
Gordon: will do sir.
Gordon is an old man who has taken in Rob
as a son every since he found him drifting in his unfinish suit. Gordon has no
idea where he acciqured the suit and when he asked Rob, he wouldnt tell. but
together they finished it with Robs directions, all though a few parts had to be
reworked due to the outdated requirements.
Rob sits in a lobby drinking
his hot Polarian coffee with his feet proped up on the table and he watchs the
News on the monitor. Gordon walks in and sits down with him.
Gordon:
well I fixed the problem, its rare that the X has such problems as calbration..
i been working on a autorecalbration system for the computer, but Its about 65%
done.. im also working on something esle but thats a suprise for later..... you
know polarian coffee isnt very healthy for humans.
Rob: *laughs* yeah
yeah, you say that every day.. its good tho, plus it keeps me warm.
TV:
The federation reports that the Dreadnaught was drifting helplessly in space do
to an encounter with what seemed to be the X, repair crews towed the battle
crusier to Skybase IV in the Sol System where it will undergo repair round the
clock. Damages estimated to be 200 million credits. 2 federation suits were also
lost in this encounter along with 76 enlisted IE.
Gordon: looks like you
hit the big one today... your getting to risky, it was bad enough you have
disposed of many top aces, but the pride of the fleet? they will step up
operations and be on you more than ever.
Rob: They deserve it.. besides
no one in the IE has more piloting skill than I, I got it from my father.. the
greatest of all remember?
Gordon: I can't hide you here forever, when
they find out where will you go?
Rob: They wont find out Gordon... I'll
leave before they get close.. I have places. dont worry about it they dont even
know that the son of Jim Opsulous pilots the X. Get some sleep old man. you look
tired. I'll look over the station while you rest..
Gordon sighs and
slightly shakes his head. he hates the IE as much as anyone but does not
understand Rob's feirce ambitions against them. His father was a pilot in the IE
after all... he went to his quarters and laid down thinking more about this. Rob
goes to the control room with this coffee and sits and ponders about
something...

Cerebrus woke Hiroko up when they were near Skybase
IV. Hiroko went into the Cockpit and commed the Skybase IV Hangar Control.
Hiroko: Hailing frequencies open.
Skybase IV Operator: Hello,
how may I help you?
Hiroko: I made previous reservations several days
ago. My hangar number is FLM600-58640.
Skybase IV Operator: Ah, a Mod
Starbridge Class C Corvette. Due to an emergency you will be redirected to Dock
B-4. You may proceed.
The hangar door opened, revealing that Skybase IV
was cheap in that it didn't have private hangars. After the hangar door was
closed, he opened the inner mobile suit bay door. He watched as it slowly
opened, and the smell of burning poured in. Alarmed, he looked to see the
Dreadnaught sitting right next to him, and two officers talking.
Officer
1: Yeah, I hear they're bringing the sister ship Leviathan in to tow it after
temporary replacements have been made here.
Officer 2: Won't that
overburden the Leviathan? It's already full to the brim with suits, attacking
the Underground Europe Rebel base.
During conversation, Hiroko panicked
and glanced at his suit in the open after preparing it, and hurried to close the
door, by pressing the down button while it was still opening. The computer
loudly blared 'ERROR: UNABLE TO COMPLETE REQUEST' after a message. This was
enough to get the officers' attention, and looked at Hotaru - 2 and then at each
other, and made a mad dash for the Cerebrus. The door was fully open, and began
closing. When the door was halfway closed, they made it up the large slope of
Cerebrus. Hiroko went up and fought them, kicking one back and making him slide
down the hull of the ship, and dodged the other's blows, took his leg, twisted
it at an extreme angle, and threw him off just before the door closed.
Hiroko yelled at Cerebrus, 'I have to leave! Put interior defenses on
hostile! Seal thrusters!'
He then ran out from the other side and went
out to the hub and ordered ammunition to be delivered. He decided that his suit
would have to go to the desert without radiation protection. He met the truck
driver and got a ride with him. Just before going out to the hangar, he stopped
and hid behind the wall to the sides of the door. He guessed right; the IE had
surrounded Cerebrus with heavily armed personnel and a few suits. He whispered
into his headset microphone, 'Cerebrus, raise the Nervous Amplifyer and once
that tast is complete, raise the door, and then set turrets to nearest foreign
units.' The truck driver came to the Starbridge, and one of the authorities
asked him what he was doing, with all of the personnels' weapons trained on him.
Truck Driver: I'm making a delivery.
Authority: Vey well. We
will come in once the doors raise.
Cerebrus raised a large, thick
antenna, and then opened the door, revealing plainly enough, the Hotaru - 2. 'Go
in and kill any living things! Destroy any opposing turrets, and secure the
suit! Make sure nothing gets to the suit!' Some were killed by the sentry
turrets, but artillery got rid of them quickly. Meanwhile, Hiroko crouched
behind a crate and thought 'Mindset Configuration 0047, via Amplifyer' Pulsing,
splitting headaches went as waves through his forehead, and he was forced into
fetal position. His sight went blank, and next thing he knew he was seeing a
dreamy view. At the same time, the mobile suit's eyes brightened. Several
personnel backed away. He looked as his hand, which after some lag, showed an
armored metallic one. Hotaru - 2 slowly walked forwards, as Hiroko hadn't much
practice with this. The men called thei mobile suits, but were soon killed by
one fell swoop of the hand. He couldn't figure out how to launch the
micromissiles, let alone open the hatches. He reached back and flung out his
beam katana, which turned on automatically. The electricty flickering all around
it as if they were ready to kill. He thrusted up to one and sliced it's head
off, and then punched a crushing blow to the cockpit. Blood trickled out. He ran
up and threw the katana at the chest of another, where it stuck for awhile and
then fell, cutting off more the process. He picked it up but it had undergone
too much impact, and malfunctioned. Knowing that he had human like skills via
this control method, he looked and saw the other mech pilot with his blaster
trained on him. Apparently a rookie, as he hadn't fired yet and probably wet his
pants. Not wanting to kill someone that young, he ran under his ship which made
temporary cover, and squeezed the end of the blaster, crushing it together. He
yanked it away from him, took the butt of it and slammed it into the back of its
head, making all of the sensors malfunction, and tripped it, making it land on
its face. Lastly, he ripped the thruster off and threw it in his ship, for fuel
later. He then walked up to all of the entrances of the Dreadnought, maneuvering
under the turrets, and while holding the stolen blaster's trigger, drug the tip
of it along the seals of the door, somewhat soldering them shut. He made Hotaru
walk into the ship, and disengaged. He ran into his ship, and just as got in the
suit bay, saw the Leviathan. He panicked remembering the conversation. He
pleaded to the Control Tower,
Hiroko: Please open the bay!
Operator: Sorry, the IE is making us hold you in until Leviathan can
dock.
Hiroko: It's urgent!
Operator: Sorry, man, but I have a
family and I can't mess with the IE. 
Seriously, if the circumstances were different I'd help you.
Hiroko: Okay, I understand.
Hiroko shut the doors and got in the
cockpit. He used selective brake thrusters/ boosters to do a slow 180, and by
the time he finished, the operator had succesfully evacuated the bay of
civillians, and Leviathan had docked, and was opening doors. Suits already
prepared, poured out. Hiroko slammed the afterburner, totaling some personal
cruisers, and shot through the door whilst only sustaining minor damage. Loose
cargo was sucked out of the bay, as well as any personnel on the Leviathan's
unloading bays. Hiroko set course to the Underground Europe base.
Unbeknownst to him, the afterburners had killed the operator.

::A group of black towing frigates exit hyperspace over Teimas. Mukuro glances
up at the sky breifly and smiles. Even through the thick atmosphere and dim
light of the planet, he can see a large IE ship and doesn't need to see its
escorts.::
Towing Frigate [over comlink]: This is S1 of TF-4. We've
arrived over Teimas and are entering low orbit now. We have the destroyer, and
the other crews are cleaning up.
Mukuro: Good, good. How long will it
take for a full repair?
S1: With us and TF-3, we should have it ready in
in two days.
Mukuro: Thank you. I'll see to it that you all get a share
of whatever it makes us. Ground Station 1 out. *closes comlink*
Pilot:
For a destroyer, that was pretty easy. Kinda makes me wonder where the rest of
the fleet was.
Mukuro: Probably bailing out their precious flagship.
Whoever pilots the X did us a big favor today.
Pilot: Now that's true.
If I ever see the guy I'll have to buy him a drink. Speaking of which, a few of
us are going out to celebrate. Wanna come?
Mukuro: Maybe next time, Jon.
I've still got a few things to take care of. *walks back inside and heads for
the compound's roof*
::On the roof, Mukuro thinks back the fight. He
attacks any IE ships that get within a lightyear of the Teimas system as a
matter of principal, and these had come well within that. It could hardly be
called a fight though. Two of his best pilots had been with him. There were only
four mechs accompanying the ship, and they had all been destroyed in a matter of
seconds. The destroyer put up as much of a fight as the mechs, and it only took
a shot to the command deck and another to the main engine to neutralize. People
don't usually fight well when they can't see, he decides. Satisfied with the
day's work, he retires to his quarters and unconsciously decides to keep the
destroyer.::
OOC: Egh...shifting tenses. Don't feel like fixing it.

OOC: oops  i forgot that the IE was after your suit as well. my bad vyp x-x.
IC:
sitting in the control center Rob turns on the monitor to
hear the latest news breif.
TV: the Levianthan has docked at Skybase IV
to assist in bringing back the Dreadnaught to IE HQ, and to finish out the
Dreadnaughts patrol assignment. A recent accident has left 2 IE officers dead,
the IE has no comment at this time, just that an investigation is currently
being conducted. *commercials*
Rob: the levianthan? why would 2 major
battle cruisers be here without the presences of a full scale war? Even if the
Dreadnaught is severly damaged, it still has plenty of suits to take care of
business... if they needed extra pilots a amored transport would have been
sufficeint.. *sips coffee*
*hits the intercom button*

Gordon: yes?
Rob: Im gonna take a shower and get some rest.
Gordon: ok I will take over... ill be up there in a few.

The Cerebrus broke throught the clouds, and were skimming 2,000 feet about the
sea. They went for another six hours, and arrived in Old Europe, where the ship
slowed down to 150 mph, skimming for the beacon. They found it, and hovered
about five miles away from the entrance. Hiroko dropped a seismic mine on the
sand, and detonated it, making a large crater. The Cerebrus descended, and
Hiroko got in Hotaru and flew out. Once the doors were closed, Cerebrus landed
and fired at the side of the crater, making it cave in, thus burrowing it, and
shut down.
Hiroko walked and sent out the password on a static
frequency, and doors opened, with sand falling in through the crevices. He
descended, and went to talk to his friend, who was the Executive of the European
black market, and warned him that once Leviathan was finished escorting the
Dreadnaught to IE HQs they would launch a full scale assault. A Call to Arms
alarm was blown, and Hiroko went to get in his suit himself. But one thought
stuck in his mind: 'Why of all of the black markets, would they want to attack
here?'

it. The feelings are mutual. Now get your ass down in the simulator and get in
some more training. Best way to learn is experience, and the simulator is as
real as it gets without getting your ass blown appart. ::chuckles softly:: ..

*On the planet Balin 5 Denethor is sitting in his cloaked suit outside of a IE
head man*
Denethor: Well now. I'm being payed to kill this weakling. He
has no defenses what-so-ever. Well Shadow Sun how should we do this?
SS
on-board comp: Well using the Beam Rifle would be alot cleaner since we don't
want to be found but using the Shadow Funnels would be alot easier.
Denethor: We'll do it the easy way. Shadow Funnels attack the structure.
*All twelve of the Shadow Funnels launch fixating on the stucture and
shooting they're scaled down plasma cannons. Within in 3 minutes the whole
structure is destroyed leaveing only a smoking pile of ruins and many many
charred bodies*
SS: Denethor I detect IE Enforcer suits converging on
our point. I suggest we get off planet as soon as possible.
Denethor:
Alright. Lets go.
*The Shadow Sun launches from it position going
straight through Balin 5's atmosphere*
Denethor: Alright SS take us to
the nearest wormhole entrance that will take us to Aiur so we can collect the
money.
SS: As you wish Denethor. This will take a while. Get some sleep.
Denethor: Already on that. Oh yeah. Radio Spike also and tell him to get
the Stalker there also. We're going to need to reload again since we did alot of
fighting on the way.

The Leviathan informs the Alexander that they have more pressing issues, and
tell it to secure the Dreadnaught as it would be wide open to attack by rebels.
The Leviathan makes it way above the Europe Underground black market, and lets
out mobile suits. Inside, Hiroko stands amongst some 30 mobile suits, and tells
all civililians to go to the center, and that the IE should be coming through
all three doors, and to distribute suits amongst all sides. He sadly watches the
saddened women and children go into the bunker. A man commed Hiroko:
Man: I have a sattelite that we can receive live feeds from above us on.
Hiroko: Very well. Patch it's feed to the main screens.
Immediately, the four gargantuan screens enveloping the base turn on to
show around 150 suits preparing ouutside of the the Leviathan. The Leviathan
also seemed to be gathering energy on its underside. They all gazed in
disbelief. It seemed like they had completely forgotten about their situation,
until a gear in the door broke. They all looked, and a suit pushed one side of
the door away, and six flooded in. They weren't just pawns, either; these were
formidable opponents, and far better made than most of the shotty suits made by
the rebels. On the opposite side, an explosion knocked another door down. Three
more boosted in. The rebels near the other door hit it with plasma weapons, and
it slimed over the wall in a molten mess. Just as it was still weak, an IE suit
slammed into it, and quickly overheated, and exploded, making a large metal
bubble. Four other explosions could be heard behind it, so apparently its
explosion killed them too. However, that was the only luck they were having;
more suits came in through the other doors, and they were slaughtering the
rebels while they were at it. Hiroko ripped off one's head and went to the comm
tower in the center, and hurried to get out. He broadcasted to all non-IE suits
and vehicles over all frequencies withing 5 lightyears saying 'This is a
distress signal at the European Underground Ozma Base! Over a hundred IE suits
as well as the Leviathan battlecruiser are besieging the base as I speak! Please
help u~ - static -' at this time, an IE mobile suit had picked up the message
and shot the comm tower, 50 feet below Hiroko.
The tower collapsed where the
missile hit, and slowly began to tip over. Hiroko ran to his suit, but the tilt
caused a table to slide down and knock him down, right in front of the window.
The leg was ten feet away. He climbed up to a higher point, and jumped out just
as the tower fell, giving him an extra push. He latched onto the Hotaru and
climbed up to the cockpit, and got in. He saw the suit that had fired the
missile, as the trail of smoke was still coming from him. He pulled out the Mega
Particle Beam Cannon, and shot him square in the chest. He was still standing in
the opening, and his explosion caused that opening to implode, leaving only one
entrance. There were just 12 rebel suits now, and around 70 IE suits left, but
they got the upper hand, as only two could get out at a time, and were killed
just as they went down the shaft to the entrance. 'The IE will have to rethink
their plan', he thought, but he thought that too soon; the cavern shook, and a
large beam crashed straight through the center of the ceiling, and destroyed the
bunker with all of the civilians, as well as the main power core, which was far
deeper into the platform. The nucleur power core blew up violently, and the
platform tilted at an extreme angle. Six suits fell off, and the Hotaru slid
too, but gripped the side of the platform, staring down now into the firing hell
of the exploded power core. He slowly looked up to see plainly in the sky, the
Leviathan hovering menacingly in the air.
OOC: I'll make a Bryce 5
diagram soon enough, but here's a visualization: Underground, shafts go down
some 100 feet. At the bottom are heavy doors, which open to bridges that lead to
an island suspended in the middle of the cavern. Here, skyscrapers grasp the
ceiling and the city is a hub of activity.

IC
As the levianthan floats above the underground base a large beam of
light crosses its flank causing all of its bay doors to be welded shut. The X
has fired its ultra plasma cannon across the side of the crusier.
Rob:
Dang, its right over the base, if i do the same thing like i did to the
dreadnaught it will falll on all thoes people.
Rob spots some new model
IE suits surrounding a nice sized hole in the ground, what ever they were
looking at they had stopped now that he was there. the 5 suits started to fire
missiles and laser cannons at the X but Rob boosted up in the air and fired some
mini-warheads destorying 2 suits and crippling another, one already seemed to be
damaged. Rob thrusted down, pulled out a plasma rod and slashed through the
torso of the last fully functional suit and quickly thrust behind the 2 last
damaged suits he jamed a plasma rod in ones back, through the cockpit and flips
up and haults up in mid air upsidedown holding the plasma cannon to the core of
the last and most badly crippled suit. The pilot is astonished at what had just
happend, what seemed to be mere seconds 4 of his comrades were destoryed and now
he is about to go while the X is performing a manuver than is only suppose to be
possible in 0 gravity.
Rob: What are you doing here
IE Pilot:
what... what do you mean
Rob: WHAT IS YOUR BISUNESS HERE!!
Pilot: I.. I..I..I dont know...
Rob: dont play games with me
fool! what does the IE want with this place, why is the Levianthan here! why
doesnt the Dreadnaught send its suits down and perform this operation!.. why
does it take 2 battlecurisers to perform this onslaught!
Pilot: Im just
a pilot following orders
Rob fires its UPC destorying the Mecha leaving
its legs which fall to the ground.
The Leviathan monitors the situation
that just went down and retreats in fear of the X firing the plasma cannon at
its engine core, they could not afford to have both battle curisers out of
commission at once, and the fact that unable to release more units they had no
alternative. Rob watches as it difts back up into space, all though tempted to
fire, he held back, he wanted to investigate what the IE wanted with such a
desolate place in the middle of no where. Rob goes over to the hole and seens a
suit griping on a unstable platform.
Rob: Computer, scan the suit.. I've
never seen that model before is it IE?
Computer: negative, the suit is
of unknown origins
Rob: must be one of the locals, anyways he cant boost
out of there, the heat is tremendous according to the readings, any added heat
can set off the damaged power source.... Pilot do you require assitance? Rob
lowers the X's grapple cord for the suit to grab on too to tow it back to the
top.

Hiroko firmly grabs the grapple cord and shoots his onto the X's hand, and gets
pulled up. While being pulled up, he summons Cerebrus, which lifts up from the
sand.
Hiroko: You stay here! I need to save the six other suits!
Rob: Hurry - it's going to explode soon.
The Cerebrus's door
panels withdraw, and Hiroko jumps on, and swoops down and picks up one suit. It
flies closer to the top and pushes it out to be grappled by the X, and two more
suits fall. He begins flying to another, but he panics and tries flying to the
top, but his booster explodes and his suit floats down. He pushes him towards
Rob, and he grapples him, but the cord had taken too much stress, and the suit
as well as the ripped out cord descend helplessly into the Inferno. Hiroko
thinks 'Now where was that other suit?' he tries to perform a scan but the
conditions don't allow, and he hovers slightly above the street. He detects
radar output, but sees nothing. Giving up, he starts to fly out, but then sees a
suit deactivated near the last remaining opening, and sees that sand had flooded
the shaft after Leviathan attacked directly. He thinks it was an IE suit and
does a flyby to taunt him, but he saw something strange when he passed by. He
thought he saw a girl almost his age crouched in her cockpit crying. Cerebrus
automatically begins to go out of the base, but Hiroko checks the still log and
finds that it indeed was what he thought. He tries manually steering Cerebrus to
go pick her up, but its bleeps, 'Unable to comply, Fatal level hazard. Estimated
time until Core blast: 00:09.12 seconds.' He punches the console and gets back
into his suit. He attaches the tow cable to Cerebrus, and jumps down, onto the
platform. 50% of cable used. He lays his hand in front of her, but she's in an
emotional wreck and doesn't get on. 70% of cable used. He slams his fist on her
fuel compartment. Her HUDs blink 'Warning fire hazard: Commencing auto eject.'
85% of cable used. The cockpit closes. 90% of cable used. The cockpit jets out
towards Hotaru - 2. 100% of cable used. At 200mph, the same speed Cerebrus was
going, the Hotaru - 2 is yanked from the platform. In a last ditch effort, he
takes his long Mega Particle Beam Cannon and captures the escape pod inside of
the barrel.

Mukuro is awakened by a communication officer with a worried look on his face.
Officer: Sir, one of our scouts recieved a distress call from a European
black market city. It seems that the Leviathan battlecruiser has attacked them.
Mukuro [groggily]: Europe...on Earth...send out an attack squadron.
Officer: That was ten minutes ago, sir. By the time we get there it'll
probably be over.
Mukuro: Ah...shit. Send the nearest support group,
then. Make sure they're guarded. I guess I'll go too. *gets up slowly and heads
towards the hangar*
Seven minutes later, a Crimson Star support group
arrived at the ruins of the Ozma base.

Meanwhile, the X and Hotaru - 2 were both on the Cerebrus. The only person
besides the girl that had been succesfully rescued turned out to be dead. They
just sat down in the small living room just as big as all of the other
accomidations rooms, and Hiroko laid her down on the couch (she passed out) and
went to make some real Polarian coffee.
'So, pilot of the X, what drew you to help us? I must admit, I wouldn't be here
had it not been for you; so many people are apathetic to big events like this
anymore.. I doubt they'd even realize something big was brewing.'

By the time Mukuro and his squadron arrived on Earth, thirty minutes had passed,
and all who had been involved in the battle were long gone. The support frigates
had landed, and a large radar tower was extending from one of them. Mukuro
docked Karasu in this one, and was met by the captain almost immediately after
he got out. They began walking towards the command deck.
Mukuro: So,
were there any survivors?
Captain: Our crews have been in there for the
past twenty-three minutes, and there's no sign of life. The only thing we picked
up was a small ship heading west about 600 miles out. It doesn't look like any
guild ship, but we couldn't get a decent scan on them.
Mukuro: Whoever
they are, they're certainly not IE. They never send out anything smaller than a
destroyer unguarded. Hail them.
They were now on the command deck, and
the communications officer hailed the ship on all smuggler and rebel channels.

Rob sits down and takes off his sunglasses revealing his metalic
colored pupils.
Call me Rob, the IE is my sworn enemy... everything they
do, its all corrupted.. The Viceroy is just a head figure.. he has no real
power. The Enforcers just parade around the universe thinking they are
Invincible... I like to show them otherwise. Something just didnt feel right
about this... By combat standards, 2 battle cruisers should not be located
within a system of each other unless there is the presence of a full scale war.
I thought maybe they were after some super weapon or something.

looks at Rob suspiciously as to how he knows so much about IE codes and
regulations.
Dont freak out on me. Im not an IE officer... My father was
a Pilot for them.. he died in combat along with his whole sqaudron.. I think it
was a setup because a project that he was doing.. I blame those bastards for my
loss... My assitant Gordon just doesnt understand why I take such big risks to
get in there face. You Suit is quite impressive... I can't say i have ever seen
anything quite like it. Thats the great thing about illegal suits.. us solo
pilots can do whatever we want to them... the IE pilots have to uses what ever
they are issued or trained to pilot.

decides to do some work. That style of attack sounds Familiar, MMI run a
reference check on the Last attack on the Dreadnaught.

The captain of the support
frigate Apollo had gone to inform the people who had been on Cerebrus that
Mukuro would be with them soon. Meanwhile, Karasu was in a dark underground
hangar in Neo-Kyoto, and Mukuro was carefully watching the MMI on its long-range
sensors. He was somewhat disappointed with his speech earlier, but Rei
apparently hadn't been. It had been a heavy risk to contact him, but the
possibility of claiming the Austoria X was simply too enticing to pass up.
And he had done it. Whether Rei decided to join them or not, he would
have one of the most powerful IE mechs beside him. There was quite a price on
Rei's head, and Mukuro had been tempted to take the job, but of course a mole
inside the IE would be priceless. The boy's mind had been emptied by all of his
IE training, but Mukuro judged from earlier that it could be filled again. If
his judgement proved wrong, then the money would still make a nice consolation
prize.
The MMI stopped well outside of town, next to Support Group 3 as
requested. As Austoria approached the hangar, a slight smile appeared on
Mukuro's face. Mukuro got out of the Karasu as Austoria landed, and began
walking toward it. He was quite eager to meet the person who would either be his
first IE connection or his first real challenge in a long time.

So what were you doing in a mobile suit?
Auriana: That was actually
going to be what I was going to talk about. Polaris Prime is in Civil War.
However, what they don't know, is that one side of the Civil War is being backed
by the IE. The ignorant leaders of the revolution don't suspect the IE won't
take Polaris Prime for itself. When this began, my father put me in intense
training right alongside my Psyker training. However, six months ago, the IE
captured me and forced me to use my Psyker skills alongside with my mech
piloting skills in a suit, which supposedly could read nervous impulses. They
called it the NV-MAD series..
Hiroko/Rob: NV-MAD!!!?!!
Hiroko
and Rob are now not only suprised at her mentioning the NV-MAD, but that each
other knows what the NV-MAD is.
Hiroko walks up to the tiny monitor and
inserts a memory card titled NV-MAD Series.
It turns on and says,
'NV-MAD7 designed for aerodynamics and defense, this was stolen from the IE
Labs. NV-MAD6 was designed with sheer strength and power in mind. It is rumoured
that this is actually the legendary X. The NV-MAD9 has been encountering many
difficulties, and the Nervous Impulse system is so advanced it has been deemed
impossible for a human to use. The NV-MAD1, NV-MAD3, and NV-MAD4 all were either
destroyed or seriously malfunctioned, and have been destroyed. The NV-MAD2 is
essentially the NV-MAD6 with less technological enhancements. This is controlled
by the Ace pilot of the IE. NV-MAD5 and NV-MAD8 are currently undergoing
experiments, as well as being used to research for mass production.
Auriana: I pilotted the NV-MAD9.
Hiroko: I have the NV-MAD7, and
Rob's looks just like the NV-MAD6's plans. I need to see how well you pilot my
suit.
The entire ship shudders, and Shiva alerts, 'Warning, Ion warheads
detected. Right engine is disabled.
Hiroko: Pirates.. they picked the
wrong time 
The Zanzabar is tailed by three heavy ships, as they fly
directly over Neo Tokyo. All Neo Tokyo is is skyscrapers, and the ground level
is always dark, and it's the kind of place you never want to take your children.

us down 100 feet AGL (above ground level)

might hit a building or something!
Rob: they'd be crazy to follow us
then wont they? their ships are much bigger than this one.. Im going out, ill
take car of this, they are most likely after me anyways.
Hiroko: Need
assistance?
Rob: Yes but not with ur suit, its gonna be tight and 2
suits and 4 ships is pusing it. I need you and Auriana to man the turrets on
this vessel. give me some cover fire.
Auriana: is he all there in the
head? trying to pilot in such small space is sucide, you either get hit or
crash..
Rob charges the UPC as the bay door opens then fires taking out
one ship, sending it crashing in the city streets, bursting out of the bay the X
lands on another, then the right arm slams it into the haul puncturing it,
Hiroko and Aurana fire the turrets at the other ship keeping it occupied. Rob
drops a seismic mine into the hole and bursts off onto the other ship, the mind
explodes taking out the thruster engines and slows the ship down to where it
could no longer keep up but before it was out of site a Suit flys out is bay.
Hiroko: Im coming out
Rob: No. keep firing at the ship
Auriana: with you on it!!!
Rob: DO IT!
the mecha charges
at Rob firing a particle cannon but the X's hyper shield reders it useless at
the same time causing damage to the haul of the ship.
Rob: get lower and
fire at the left thruster
the blytz suit lands on the opposite side of
the ship and pulls out a beam saber.
Rob: good *smerk*
The X
pulls out both plasma rods and Auriana watches on in amazement
Auriana:
plasma sabers? that cant be teh NV-MAD6.. it was only suppose to have 1 ultra
beam saber. the strengh is overwhealming but the speed is far beyond what it was
rumored to have.. who is this guy and what is his suit?
The blytz mecha
swings but the X blocks with one rod and slices the arm off with the other then
jams the 1st rod into the foot of the suit. the X puts the other rod away and
then grabs the head of the blytz suit and crushes it like a can, pulling the rod
out of the foot and putting he jams it in the left shoulder and lifts it over
its head slaming it down into the control room of the ship. knowing Rob did this
to blind the crew Hiroko fires a pin point accurate shot at the left thruster
disabling it. Rob boosts off onto the zanzabar and watches as the ship collides
with an old abandon building.
Auriana: unbelievable...
Rob:
Hiroko...
Hiroko: yes?
Rob: how long do you think the repairs
will take on that engine?
Hiroko: I'll have to check with shiva, why?
Rob: The blytz will be back.. thats why they are named that.. once they
find out their buddies arent responding they will send more.. we need to get
where we are going fast before they send bigger ships and more suits, looks like
they have gotten their hands on some recent IE models... no doubt they are being
paid... *Hiroko opens the bay door* oh yeah, while I dock see if you can brew up
some more coffee its gonna be a long night.

Hiroko: Well, I hope Muruko brings lots of help with him.. I know the engines
won't be cheap, being built into the hull and all.. we're out of ammunition on
the right turret too.. also, the place we were supposed to meet Muruko is some
4,000 feet high. I'm going to try radioing Muruko.
Muruko receives a
hail request and accepts. Hiroko talks into it, but Muruko hears nothing except
static, and closes the transmission.
Hiroko: The towers are too high;
they kill any transmission here. If we wanted to hide from the IE, we could
easily here; we'd be as unheard of as dead. However, I don't think we'd be able
to adapt to the folk that live here..
Hiroko looks out, as one of the
doors was jammed open from the battle. There are hoards of people, with defects,
mutations, and just freaks in general, wielding all sorts of home made melee
weapons. One of them speaks out above the crowd..
Deranged Man: Heheh..
thats polarian girll would m-make for sssssome great f-fun.. heh heh heh heh..
Mutated Man: YEsh, sssee wuhud.. but we'd hafta killl thooose freaks
too.. annd that shship would make a nice hhause ttoo..
Hiroko turns
around to see that Auriana had followed them to the suit bay.
Hiroko:
Get back in there! And lock the door!
Tonnes of deranged and mutated
people run to kill Rob and Hiroko.
Meanwhile, Muruko is getting
impatient, waiting at the designated rendezvous point. Annoyed, he flips through
the message logs and finds that the static message was from the Zanzabar.

Rob pulls out his Phazon IV blaster and fires into the crowd shots blast through
lines of people taking out 5 or 6 per shot.
Rob: We could just get up
there with our suits but we cant leave Auriana.
Hiroko: I know
Hiroko throws an deatomizer grenade out into the crowd and a 1/5 of the
mob is vaporized into thin air.. this startles the crowd and causes them to
retreat back into the dark alleys in which they came.
Rob: they will be
back.. we wont last forever on one turret and a blaster. hopefully Muruko will
get curious and see what sent him a message...
Rob and Hiroko manage to
manually force the doors shut, even tho they were not able to be locked the door
tracks were pretty badly damanged and would require even greater effort to
reopen them. they went back inside and took shifts on the turret hopeing to get
a sign from Muruko.

Because of the hopelessness of the case, Hiroko feebly attempts to repair the
engine. He rolls a crate near the engine full of tools, and gets dirfferent
spare parts that could be used as replacements in a pinch. When the crate was
empty, he found some flare shells. He hurriedly ran to the emptied turret and
loaded them into the shafts. They were smaller than the barrels, but they worked
anyways. He fired them up into the air. The static data output displayed on any
ships' monitors: Distress: Zanzabar Grounded.
Just then Shiva came over
the intercom again.
Shiva: Eight Blytz Destroyers detected coming in
from South East at 180 miles per hour.

Mukuro thought nothing of the static transmission at first. In his anticipation
to speak with Rei, he had almost forgotten about the crew of Zanzabar. When he
looked to see who it was from, he had almost written it off as accidental. As he
checked the log, however, he heard an explosion in the distance and thought he
had better check it just in case.
Mukuro got in the Karasu, cloaked, and
told Rei to wait for him. As he approached the site where he had heard the
explosion, he was hailed again by the Zanzabar. It was static again, but he
didn't need to hear. When he rounded the next corner, he could see the Zanzabar
in plain view with the dregs of society running from inside it.
Mukuro
[amused, over com]: Now how the hell did you get into this?
Hiroko: I'll
explain later! We've got more company coming. If you can send any more ships or
mechs down here, we'll need them.
As Hiroko said this, Mukuro could hear
the Blytz Destroyers approaching in the distance and cursed under his breath. He
shot up in the air briefly to get a better signal, and managed to get a link
with the Apollo.
Mukuro: Karasu to support frigate Apollo, do you read?
Captain [staticy]: The sig-l's a little w...but we can -r you.
Mukuro: Good. Send two loaded support frigates to my location NOW.
Captain: Copy. ETA 3 mi...tes.
Mukuro closed the link, landed
again, and informed Hiroko and Rob that support was on the way. He could hear
the Destroyers clearly now. He moved forward to get a better shot, and began
firing mass drivers.
OOC: Keep in mind Karasu is still cloaked. Also, a
brief description of support frigates in here: Medium sized ships capable of
making planetfall, which either carry mobile suits and light weaponry or
advanced sensors and long-range coms. All of them come with light repair
equipment.

The destoryers stop and circle the Zanzabar. 10 suits drop down and surround the
vessel. Muruko notices that they are IE hellfurysuits and wonders how the blytz
obtained them.
Rob: dammit, were gonna have to fight *jumping into the
X*
the bay doors open and the X busts out firing mini-warheads taking
out 3 suits off guard, fires vulcan cannons at anothers leg then pulls out a
plasma rod and jams it into its head then thrusts up to avoid fire form the
other 6 suits at the same time Charing the UPC and bringing down a destoryer. 2
more suits come out of it before it comes crashing to the ground on top of
locals.
Rob: we're gonna have to take out thoes destoryers they are all
full of moble suits.. i cant keep firing my Plasma Cannon and fight suits at the
same time without taking some damage.
Muruko: the X!
Hiroko
tells Auriana to take over at the turret and heads for the Hotaru-2.

Hiroko: Thanks alot!
Knowing that his ammo need not be conserved, he got in the Hotaru and
jumped out. He could see the Blytz Destroyers cruising in at high speeds,
straight down the street. He pulled out his Mega Particle Beam Cannon, but they
were too far away for the sensors. He aimed the crosshairs best he could, and
fired. One flew straight into it, and blew up. Another's wing got caught in it,
and began spinning uncontrollably, but reeased its suits before it crashed and
blew up. The others released their payloads, all but one. Hiroko thought it was
a kamikaze. He braced himself, but it dropped specialized suit right in his face
and started hacking at him with his dual beam sabres. Hiroko thrusted backwards
in time to mount the beam cannon on his back and pulled out his dual beam
katanas.
Shiva announced, 'Six more coming from above!' Whilst blocking
the beam sabres, Hiroko looked up to see six more descending from above at a
safe but fast speed, whilst the suits shot out of the hatches, raining shells
from above.
Hiroko: Mukuro, your friends better get here fast!

Rob: Hiroko cover me! I hate to do this, it might end up hurting innocent people
in the city but i have not choice! Computer UPC overkill mode!
Hiroko
fights off suits as the X points is Ultra Plasma Cannon directly up at the
clustered 6 destoryers coming down, the barrel splits into four sections
vertically down the shaft spreading outward. A ball of energy starts to form at
the bottom of the barrel and lightning can be seen jumping between the sections
of the barrels as it chargers up the light gets intense from the energy almost
blinding. the ball of light brusts out of the UPC and hits a destoryer sending a
white shockwave spaning hundreds of feet in every direction crushing 5 ships and
sending the 6th into another destoryer that was apart of the 1st 8. The blast
was so huge it knocked every suit down and pushed the zanzabar a few feet back.
Hiroko: why havent u been doing that the whole time!?!?!
Rob: I
couldnt, I cant use the UPC anymore, I have to repair it...
More suits
come down and the X and Hotaru-2 continue to fight them off.

Hiroko, who was duelling with the special suit, took the oppurtunity, and
grabbed the arm, twisted and incapacitated it, and flung it around so its back
was to the Hotaru. He pried the cockpit open, and punched the back of the suit.
The pilot flew out from impact, and yelled, 'Aurianna, get in this one! Let
Shiva take the turrets!' Hiroko covered Auriana as she ran to the suit. Two
Blytz suits saw her and tried shooting her. They engaged the Hotaru - 2. One
went at him with a beam sabre, and Hiroko took out his dual beam katanas, and
fought him. Just as he finished him off, he began to look for the other, but it
was already on his back. Pulling on the Mega Particle Beam Cannon, he pushed off
of the Hotaru with his leg, and ripped it off as well as his right arm. He
thrusted up to the clearest vantage point in the skyscrapers, and began
targetting Rob, who was preoccupied with other suits. Hiroko screamed, 'ROB,
LOOK OUT!!!' but it was too late. The Mega Paticle Beam Cannon hammered his
back. Rob panicked as the armor level shot down at blazing speeds. Desperate,
Hiroko took his Plasma Gun and pelted the round storage of the mega particle
beam cannon. It stopped hitting Rob, and the four round's worth of energy blew
up in the suit's face. The skyscraper it was standing on toppled, and covered
the back half of the Zanzabar and well as several suits. Hiroko rushed at the X
and drug it into the Zanzabar. Hiroko screamed, 'Shiva, emergency maintenance
now! Auriana where the hell are you!' Hiroko gasped, and looked towards the suit
she was heading for, and the cockpit was still open. He panicked and looked
everywhere, and then found two humans moving. The deranged man he had seen
earlier was dragging Auriana into the lower parking garage of a skyscraper.
Hiroko jumped out of Hotaru and got on his hoverbike, something he hadn't used
in a long time. He yelled, 'Mukuro, hurry and take care of what's left with your
guild! Shiva! Transfer all remaining energy to shields!' and blared off into the
parking garage.

OOC: Sorry I took so long.
While the X and Hotaru - 2 were defending the Zanzabar, Mukuro
was busily firing away at every suit he could from above the fight. He had
killed almost as many as either of them, but now his ammunition was running out.
He fired his last mass driver projectile just as X had been incapacitated, and
now he had no choice but to use energy weapons. He took the Karasu down into the
melee, halving three mechs on his way. Despite his efforts and support from the
Zanzabar, he was quickly losing ground.
Rob: What the hell is taking so
long?!
Mukuro: They'll be here soon...
Rob: You keep saying
that, but where are they now?
Unable to find an answer, Mukuro simply
continued fighting. Slowly, he was pushed back toward Zanzabar's bays. As this
happened, he could hear the high-pitched shriek of frigates overhead, and
breathed a sigh of relief. Twenty-four of the Crimson Star guild's elite
fighters came down onto the battlefield, and now the tides had turned. The
remaining Blytz mechs were cut down in a hail of bullets and energy blasts, and
now Mukuro had time to gather up X and the pieces of Hotaru and get them into
Zanzabar as the support crews slowly repaired its engines.

The Next day the repairs are all done except for the Zanzabar which was 80% but
was flown to the original meeting place for safer repairs. The X was fully
restored. Mukuro's men offered to fix it, but Rob wouldnt let them in opted to
repair it on his own. Even adding a few modifications such as an armor peircing
chain gun he ripped off one of the blytz suits before he was dragged away. He
even found away to let the hypersheild stay up a few seconds longer. Auriana
came up behind Rob has he was looking at the completed X.
Auriana:
that's project x isnt it?... the real one.
Rob: what makes you say that?
Auriana: I have never seen a suit get blasted to that degree and
survive... even at taht state u had as much armor left as a standard IE suit!
Hiroko's suit is special Indeed, but there is something mysterious about
yours...
Rob: its probably just the all blackness. forget about it.
Auriana: you have much pain in you.. I can sense it... your mind sends
me signals.. you can open up to me if you want.. who are you?
Auriana
puts her hands on Robs shoulders and lays her head on his back. Rob pulls away
and walks and gets inside the X to test calibration and other computer systems.
Auriana turns around and slowly walks out the hangar.
Rob: I have to
gaurd my thoughts i forgot she has all kinds of brain powers. She could probably
read my mind and know all my secrets and my past and that stuff... too freaky..

Standing out on the balcony, Hiroko looked at the vast cityscape. He saw
skyscrapers stretch for miles, and ships slowly flying over them. He saw
something far away, and was coming slowly towards them. He took his digital
binoculars and zoomed in - it was the Dreadnought fully repaired. Hiroko thought
to himself, 'We really need to stay low profile.. I don't know if I should tell
Rob about this or not..he might try to attack it right now..' '-Tell him. If
something bad happened, you'd feel guilty. I don't think Rob would do something
like that.' Suprised, Hiroko turned around to find Auriana in a bathrobe, and
didn't look stressed or scared like he had only seen her before.. Then, SLAP!
Auriana ran out the door, yelling, 'Pervert!'

Still - couldn't one carry both? Hiroko looks to the skyline and sees some
objects heading towards it. 'Transports?' They watch as the Dreadnaught
desperately trys to destroy them, but two slam into its hull, doing almost
nothing. The dreadnaught retaliates. A small black object slowly descends below
it. Once it comes in contact with the ground, a huge earthquake ensues.
Skyscrapers within the rough radius of it collapse. Most of the others within
sight of the dreadnaught shake. But then they see something else. Mobile suits
rise from between the skyscrapers and all go to attack it.
Hiroko:
Something's up.
Rob: You're captain of the obvious.
Auriana
quips in, 'The IE's probably going to force a draft and many of the citizens
don't want it happening. They're going to die in Polaris Prime if they do give
in, they'll die if they resist. The IE disgusts me and puzzles me at the same
time. Why do they want me? Why do they want Polaris Prime?'

While the others were regrouping from the previous day's battle, Mukuro had some
business to take care of. He had known the leader of the Blytz raiders years
ago, and the man had always had an insatiable thirst for power. Mukuro never
thought that he would have sold out to the IE for that power, but he had
obviously been wrong. Now, on the battlecruiser Dreadnought, he would pay the
price for his greed.
It was easy enough for Mukuro to get in through the
ventilation, and easier still to make his way to the officers' quarters. A few
wires cut in the electrical room along the way, and there was complete darkness
for the next five minutes. When Vic Stern of the Blytz raiders stumbled into his
quarters, he was greeted with a voice from his past and a knife at his throat.
Mukuro: I never thought I'd see the day when Vic, the self-proclaimed
'Scourge of the IE', would sell his soul.
Vic: How...how did you know?!!
Mukuro: You should have seen this a long time ago.
Mukuro was
suddenly overcome with disgust. The blade slid home. He slipped out as quickly
as he had come, stopping only once in the engine room. What two kamekazi ships
couldn't do, a single well-placed charge would. The mighty Dreadnought would be
out of comission for a few more days.

You go take the Frigates with you along with Auriana. I have some
unfinished business to take care of...
Rob Jumps in the X and blasts off
in the dreadnaughts direction, as he arrives he sees that the frigates and the
hotaru-2 are taking care of business. Suits followed him from the attack but
were quickly taken down by the chain gun and vulcan cannons. the X mercilessly
pounded on the dreadnaughts haul with mini-warheads, seismic mines, chain gun
and vulcan cannon shells. the sheild generator was gone and most of its major
weaponry knocked out of commision by the time he was out of ammo.
Rob:
well my friend.. its time we finishe what we have started... you dont seem to
beable to move around this time. your defenders are off attacking 1 suit... bad
military tactics... Computer UPC overkill mode!
The plasma cannon
spreads open again and fires a shot at the grounded dreadnaught directly in the
middle breaking the mightly battle cruiser in half... The Dreadnaught had been
destoryed

Mukuro watched in amazement as the X single-handedly destroyed the greatest ship
in the IE fleet. He had owed Rob a drink before he even knew him. Now, he
thought, he owed Rob quite a few drinks. He thought briefly of salvaging the
dead ship for weapons, but decided that resurrecting even a small piece of the
Dreadnought for his arsenal would be like dancing on the graves of his parents
and friends. As if in agreement, its main engine went up in a ball of flame.

Spike: Well according to the
computer theres a few IE ships around but none of them in the immediate area. I
can't locate much on the planet since I have no idea where to start looking.
Denethor: Well don't worry about it. Is there anyone around this system
thats looking for a mercenary?
Spike: I have no idea but I'll send out a
radio message and see.
Denethor: Alright. Thanks. Also keep scanning for
the X. He might still be here but the chances are slim.

Rob: I have to go check back with Gordon. He was working on a few new things for
the X when i left. Plus he is probably wondering if im dead or not.. you know
how the Sol System isnt one to be quite... news of the Dreadnaughts distruction
will be all over the news, and the IE wont be too happy that a large amount of
very expensive suits have been disposed of. Id suggest we all get off earth
before they come.
Auriana uses her power to talk to Rob telepathically
as she looks at him in the eyes in desparation.
Auriana: please Rob,
help us... help me... your Piloting skills are unlike anything I have ever seen.
The IE fears you, you must come help my people... i beg you. *eyes become
watery*
Rob: I will help you.. I promise *telepathically*
Auriana gasps at what just happend but before she could ask how he
aquired such ability Rob cut her off
Rob: I will head to Polaris Prime
as soon as I check in with gordon and reload on ammo. I have a few other things
to take care of, so no garuntee I will get there close to the time you will.
Rob heads to the hanger and takes off back into space with the X while
exiting the atmosphere the sensors detect a small cloaked body in space
(Denethor)
Rob: Computer.. scan cloaked object.. anything IE?
Computer: negative.. Unknown transport that is holding one Mobile Suit
that is not any IE configuration.
The X bursts by close to the ship and
off into space headed back to starblade (Gordons station).

Hiroko: Okay, Auriana. You charter the route since its your homeworld. I'll be
back in the bay.
Hiroko walks into the bay which is in a state of
disrepair. Bodies are strewn all over the floor, and blood is smeared
everywhere. Hiroko sighs and drags the bodies into the waste disposal unit,
shuts the hatch, and the bodies are sucked into space. He gets a mop and starts
cleaning up all the blood. All while doing so, he doesn't notice one of the
mutated humans from the ground level of Neo Tokyo getting in the mover buggy.
Hiroko soaks the mop in the water once more, when he is hit and behind and
slides hard against the slippery floor, knocking over the bucket full of bloody
water. His gun slides out of the holster, and Hiroko reaches for it, but the
buggy runs over his wrist. His teeth clench in pain just before he's clubbed
over the head with a ratchet. He almost passes out but has had training to avoid
becoming unconscious. He slowly gets up and picks up the mop. The deranged man
comes in for another hit, ratchet out ready to hit him again. Right as he
passes, Hiroko ducks and grabs the back of the cart, and hops on. He plunges the
bar of the mop into his back, and in desperation and pain, the man tries
throwing him off by swerving wildly, but the slippery floor makes the cart
easilly loose control. The crates in back fly off, knocking Hiroko off. Before
he hits the groud, he puts the deranged man into a headlock, and pulls him off
with him. The cart, because of the imbalanced weight, falls on its side soon
after, and slides in a circle. The man lands near his gun, and picks it up and
points it at Hiroko. 'G-g-g-get up. H-hands behind joor hed.' Hiroko looks at
Auriana, who is now standing in the doorway. Hiroko telepathically tells
Auriana, 'Rob isn't the only other person who can do that - I'm half Polarian
you know  ' 'Y-you didn't hear.. ' 'Oh yeah, I sure did. You're such a sucker
for Rob anyways, shoot this freak.' 'Okay..' Auriana shoots the man in his
right arm. He drops the gun and clenches the arm in pain. Hiroko runs up, picks
up the gun, and shoots him in the face six times, and drags him into the
disposal hatch as well. Shiva then says, 'Estimated time to arrive in Polaris
Prime : Two Days.'

my friend... I see damaging a battle cruiser just wasnt enough for you.
Rob: *soft chuckle* open the bay door gordon, I think we may have some

Gordon: IE?
Rob: no.. i dont think so, maybe
they were just headed in the same direction.. just be prepared for anything.
The X docks on Starblade and Rob works on the Ultra Plasma Cannon.
Rob: Gordon.. there has to be away where the UPC can function after
overkill mode.
Gordon: Maybe.. but for now I think i have something you
may need... oh and i finished the auto-recalibration system.. I'll install the
software in a few hours.
Rob: excellent.
Rob goes to the lounge
and wonders how Hiroko and Auriana are doing.. the look at Auriana's face when
she begged him to help her was stuck on his mind.
Gordon: something
troubling you?
Rob: no... I met this girl on my latest adventure... I
have a weird feeling about her, she wont get off my mind.
Gordon: do you
have feelings for her?
Rob: I barely know her *scowling* Shes
polarian... she can read minds and send telepathic messages.
Gordon: you
talked to her telepathically didnt you... you used thoes unstable implants thoes
polarian surgens stuck in ur brain when they gave u vision.
Rob: there
not unstable.. I have managed to tweek them a bit.. they just need a bit more
work.
Gordon: whatever.. with all that polarian coffee you drink its all
gone to your head.. its no suprise you would fall for a girl from polaris.

was my targeting arm too..' Auriana mixes several mobile suit fluids and some
kitchen liquids, and turns into a dark green solution, and dumps it into a
syringe. 'Here, let me inject this liquid into your vein.' '...won't that kill
me?' 'No, silly.. the chemicals neutralize each other. It'll make your body numb
and knock you out for awhile.' '..fine..' Auriana injects it and Hiroko is
almost instantaneousley knocked out.

Mukuro left for Teimas shortly after the Dreadnought was destroyed. He went back
to the rondezvous point just long enough to get Karasu and quickly tell everyone
goodbye. As much as he liked spending time on the IE-controlled nuclear
wasteland called Earth, there was business to attend to. With the start of the
war on Polaris, there was suddenly a huge increase in salvaged ship parts, and
even whole ships on occasion. Also, as with every war, there was a huge demand
for assassins, and everyone knew that Teimat were best for that sort of thing.
As one of the foremost assassins in the known universe, he expected to be quite
busy in the next few months.
Almost as soon as he arrived at Ground
Station 1, Mukuro recieved a long-range transmission. He opened it and, as he
expected, it contained a request for the assassination of a high-level IE
official. The price offered was 15,000,000 credits. Whoever this man was,
someone really hated him. He went to find the head of his elite forces, Jon
Reeves. He found him on the roof of the complex, looking out over the city.
Mukuro: Jon, I'm going to need you to take over the station for a while.
I've got a hit on Polaris.
Jon: Polaris? Oh...the war. Right. Well, I
can handle things for a while, sure, but there's something you should know.
Yesterday we got a transmission from the Earth Underground that the IE was
working on something big. Since the destruction of their flagship, they want to
send a message, and the rumor is that they're going to do it with the largest
warship ever built.
Mukuro [laughing]: What, so it can get destroyed by
X like the Dreadnought?
Jon: You know they won't make that mistake
again. If they do this, they're going to do it right.
Mukuro: Huh.
Well...if you get anything definite, let me know.
Jon: Of course.
Mukuro went to the hangar, got in the Karasu, and headed toward Polaris
Prime.

As Rei and the Austoria watched the
battle in the distance Rei couldent help but feel letf out, He wanted to go and
help them but Mukuro told him to wait here untill he returned. Many hours passed
and Mukuro didnt return, Rei grew anctious and decided to leave and search the
wreckage of the battle to see if he could find out as to where Mukuro went.
Rei: MMI activate trace radar, I want a fix on anypart of Mukuros Mech.
MMI: *Trace radar active, scannng area*
As the Austoria scans
the battle werckage Rei goes over in his mind what Mukuro had told him, 'Rei The
IE arnt who they seem, they are a hive of wretched scum and cruelty'
MMI:*Lock on active*
Rei: is it mukuro's mech?
MMI:*Negative, armour shards do not match that of the Karasu*
Rei: well whos is it?
MMI:*structural compesitation suggests
that it is that of X, Comparing the shards to fragments found in a previous
encounter.*
Rei: so its just as i had thought, The X is here, MMI any
trace of the Karasu?
MMI:*negative*
Rei: okay iniatate low level
navigation thrusters, ill look for his the old fashioned way.
The
Austoria takes off into the distence leaving the Battle ground behind them,
Content in the knowledge that Mukuro is okay Rei scanns the transponder
frequencies for ion discharge, 2 Earth hours pass and no sign of the Karasu,
suddenly a faint flicker comes accross the scanner.
Rei: MMI what was
that?
MMI:*I do not know, it may have been a long range transmission*
Rei: I want you to clean it up a bit okay, i want to know what that
was!!
The MMI locates the signal and downloads the transmission into its
databanks, Being a longrange transmission and on a secure line that they had
tapped into the file was a little on the dirty side,
MMI:* Rei i have
cleaned it up to the best of my abailities*
Rei: thankx MMI, lets have a
look,
Rei inspects the file and finds out that its addressed to Mukuro,
Its was something to do with an assination, of who he could not tell, there was
to many gaps in the file to make out the whole story. Rei asks MMI where the
file was hedded.
MMI:*the file was hedded to a place called Ground
Station 1*
Rei: okay then lets go there! MMI whats the distance to the
location?
MMI: *approx 10045,34 Miles*
Rei: okay at this speed
it would take us a day to get there! MMI whats the risk of IOn radiation
exposure to the enhabitance of earth with the overdrive active?
MMI:*
0.57 Percent, do you want me to iniatiate overdrive sequence?*
Rei: what
do you think?
MMI:*ill take that as a yes*
The MMI prepares the
Austoria for Overdrive,
Rei: here we go,
The overdrive boosters
on the Austoria begin to glow, a ball of energy begins fo form in the central
booster and the pressure gage rises to critical mass.
Rei: ACTIVATE
OVERDRIVE!!! YEEHAA!!
The Austoria lets out a mighty roar as it streeks
across the sky, shockwaves shatter windows and crumple automobiles.
MMI:*systems nominal, overdrive speed 14.37giganads*
Rei: ill
get there in no time! Get redy Mukuro cuz HERE I COME!!
The Austoria
heads to the location of the Ground Station 1 where Mukuro is situated. Why
Mukuro left Rei back there he did not know but one thing was for sure he felt
like he was endetted to this guy.

Denethor docks the Shadow-Sun
and Gordon leads him to the lounge where Rob is sitting.

The mighty Twin Beam Rifle charges with a golden glow and the Automated Defence
system works overdrive.
The IE Cruse at an altitude of 15,000ft un-aware of
the Austoria behind them. Sunnenly a shot is fired, a blaze of golden flare
screems past and 5 IE suits are distroyed.
IE Pilot 1: OMG, were under
attack, were under attack!!
IE Pilot 2: Where are they? Where are they?
IE Leader: Central this is attack fleet IDC2 we are under unknown
threat, advise.

lads lets go kick some ass!
The IE fleet searches for the Austoria who
is currentley invisable to radar and eye sight, Rei spots another opportunity
and begins to charge the Beam Rifle,
IE Pilot 2: There, There he is! I
see him,
While the Austoria is charging the Beam Rifle the ACS flickers
on and off, as energy supplys are concentrated on the Weapon.
IE Pilot
1: ATTACK!!!
The IE Fleet hurtles towards the every increasing in danger
Austoria.
Rei: MMI activate Beam Rifle Overdrive!
MMI: *Beam
Overdrive sequence activated, Primary thrusters disengaged, stabilezers
grounded, Anchors grounded, Reverse primary manifold engaged, Charging*
The austoria's Beam Rifle charges and reveals the Overdrive sequence,
the whole suit flickers with a Golden glow. The IE still approach the Austoia.

In the middle of the day on Teimas (the only time where a little light could
actually shine through), Jon heard a loud explosion overhead. He started running
towards the command center of GS1, and was contacted an officer who was already
there.
Officer: Sir, we've detected a fleet of IE ships heading towards
the surface!
Jon: How the hell did they get that far? Why didn't anyone
say something?
Officer: I...I don't know. They must have either used
tunneling or some new cloaking system that we can't get by.
Jon: Shit!
Send out a citizens' broadcast and get all available combat groups in the air.
While we're at it, send a few support groups too.
Officer: Yes
sir...wait...you should see this. It looks like one of their own mechs is
fighting them!
Jon: Well, good for him. Tell our men to ignore that one
and concentrate all fire on the ships first.
Jon ran to reach his own
mech, a customized Seraph model, and join the battle.
Meanwhile, Mukuro
was reaching Starbase XII over Polaris Prime. He cloaked Karasu, slipped it in
with a massive cargo ship, and went off toward the commercial district, where
his target was.

Denethor: I came to find out some info on the IE. I thought you'd be the one to
talk to considering your one of the most wanted ppl in there eyes. I need to
find out where one of the head officials is. His name is Alton Thorngage. Hes
the reason I live my life the way I do and the reason why my parents and my
family are dead. I need to find him and kill him. Hes also the only one who
knows the truth about my suit, the Shadow Sun for hes the one who created it. So
as you can see I need to find him and thought that you would have the info or
that I could follow you and find him that way.

Rob: Alton Thorngage... probably the one of the most corrupted scumb
of the consul of power. come with me.
Denethor follows rob to a room.
Rob presses a button an a data card pops out of a slot. he then takes another
data card and sticks both in 2 slots of a machine in the middle of the room.
After a few seconds he gives Denethor one of the cards.
Rob: this is
every consul meeting within the next 6 weeks. everything from diplomatic
agreements, recruit missions, or even a basic convention.. each file has a list
of all consul members attending each meeting and where the meeting will be
located at. I caution you not do bring down the place if he is in it, not all of
the Federation is corrupt, and there are actually some decent cousul members
believe it or not. I hope this helps.... Oh and if you need any ammunitions feel
free to help you self. there is alot in storage room 347E in the bay you docked
in. I dunno if its anything you can use on your suit but your welcome to look.

standing there in the Austoria Rei recharged the beam rifle. The massive
Overdrive attack against the IE had rendered the ACS useless for the time being.
Over heated and exhausted the IE forces were depleating in numbers, suddenly a
transmission comes in over the comm system in the Austoria.

This is the support group of the GR1. unkmown suit make yourself known,
Rei: GR1 this is Rei, Pilot of the Unknown suit Austoria, Glad you guys
could make it.

Jon takes rei to a room where he can eat and
have some rest. With the doors locked Rei cant help but feel that he is somesort
of prisoner, Appart form the room deing comfortable that is. Rei thinks to
himself and wonders why they have put him in here, He did help them out wit the
IE after all. Without his help they would be under seige by the IE by now.

Spike: Alright theres a meeting on a planet not far
from Polaris. Its one week from today and its the only one that Alton is going
to.
Denethor: Alright lets head there now and find where this meeting
will take place and set up our plan of attack.

Gordon: SL stands for
Sand Lion... the were giving that name for the way they damange the target. the
warhead contains a drill like shape, they fire with a incredibly fast spiral
rate, and drill into the armor of whatever you target it at.. once inside it
detonates.
Rob: impressive.
Gordon: Oh yes, and The UPC can now
fire up two 3 times in overkill before shorting out.. but try not to do them in
such a short time.
Rob: finally! that was so annoying... I will be
heading to Polaris Prime sometime this week... try to find a warp jump thats not
ran by the IE.
Gordon: they are running short in numbers but I will do
my best.

OOC: Wormholes are somewhat scarce to begin with...even at light speed it would
still take thousands of years to get to them from many places. Maybe quantum
tunneling could be used as an alternative?

there doesnt have to be an acutall wormhole present.. it just makes one.. so i

Hiroko runs to the bridge, and watches
as they break through the clouds to see a giant battlefield over a city, with
lasers flying all over between the two opposing forces, and a ceiling of many
missiles passing, randomly exploding when two collide.
Hiroko: Add the
shielding field nodes, and include transportable ammunition for the beam cannon
and plasma gun. Also, set item pods on standby, and load one with another beam
katana, three with ammo, and two with battery supplements.

computer: accessing Intergalatic Enforcer Dreadnaught Database. Loading List
Rob looks down the list he reads stuff on polaris prime, and the polaris
galaxy. various secret missions and covert ops. after hours of reading he comes
across a File named Project X.
WARNING CLASSIFIED... ACCESS CODE NEEDED

AUTHORIZATION ACCEPTED
The Project X
is a program conducted behind the scenes of the Federation. This project is to
created the Perfect and Ultimate Mecha capible of defeating all mecha's it faces
in any situation and environment. The project was first lead by IE ace Jim
Opsulous and his Dark Fury squad. The Federation thought since this was the most
experianced and best Squad in the IE, they would have an understanding on what
the Ultimate mecha could do. With limited man power the Federation grew
impaitent with Jim Opsulous and took an Offer from the Crest Corporation to take
up Project X. Jim Opsulous was ordered to cancel his work on Project X, and hand
over all data and what he had so far. He refused and continued to work. The
Crest Corporation refused to be competed with and Told Viceroy Glaston that they
would withdraw there plans if Jim Opsulous continued. The IE sent the Dark Fury
Squad leading them to believe they were on an Improtant escort mission in the
Adramada Galaxy. The Crest Corporation Sent out pilots in its Newest Model
Deathbringer suits and attacked the Dark Fury squad wiping them out. Despite
their skill the Deathbringer suits were far to advanced. The Crest Corporation
then started production on its NV-MAD series. NV-MAD1-NV-MAD5 were highly
advance basic mobile suit units that are used by the IE today. the NV-MAD6 was
never produced, past concept design. the NV-MAD7 was going to be used for
Project X but was stolen before completion. Project X was then canned and the
Crest Corporation was to focus on making highly advanced mobile suits for the
IE. the Higer NV-MAD series were made for elite squads and IE Aces. Some have
managed to hit the black markets of various galaxies. since then The Crest
Corporation has become the official Mecha producer of the IE.
Rob: I
knew it.... I knew it didnt sound right... thoes bastards killed my father.
Gordon: So you knew all along?
Rob turns around in shock, he
didnt know Gordon was watching the whole time.
Rob: yes... i had a
feeling it was them.. I just needed proof.. I remember my father always being
nervous about his Mecha project..
Gordon: so that suit is Project X....
Rob: I need some sleep. Ill probably head out tomarrow to Polaris
Prime... I have information they can use.
Gordon: i see... I couldnt
find any unauthorized jump check points
Rob: dont worry about it.. i use
a normal one.
Gordon: but how? they will never allow u access...
Rob takes the card out of the computer and exits the room.

OOC: One more thing, to cyberlink. To clarify, Mukuro doesn't actually want kill
Rei, but his survival is optional. Because of Rei's demonstrated skills, he's
worth more alive though.
IC:
Whenever he visited a Skybase, Mukuro
was always overcome with the feeling that, were it not for the incredible stench
of corruption, they would be beautiful places. He was heading towards the park
now, where many couples took romantic walks at night. Marcus Vyscochen, the
ground general for the Polaris Campaign, would be there walking with one of his
mistresses now. In casual clothes, Mukuro looked like any other resident, and so
Marcus took no note of him in passing. Now Mukuro was sure that he had the right
person. He took a few steps past the general, turned quickly and shot a small
spine into him. The only thing the man felt then was a slight itch, but he would
be dead in seven minutes. Mukuro kept walking, his job now done.
When he
got back to the hangar, there was a crowd gathering around the body of an IE
general in the park. He climbed into Karasu and slipped out of Skybase with
another ship. Once he was in the safety of open space, Mukuro hailed his
second-in-command, Jon.
Mukuro: Inform my employer that the job is
finished. I will expect the second half of my payment by the time I return.
Jon: Copy. There's something you might want to hear though. Today, a
fleet of IE warships and mechs launched a surprise attack on us through a
temporary gate. If their best pilot hadn't defected, we would have had a serious
fight on our hands.
Mukuro: What of the defector?
Jon: We have
him in custody here. His suit is quite impressive, it--
Mukuro: Does he
have a name, by chance?
Jon: Well...yes. He says you'd know him as Rei.
Mukuro: Interesting....keep him under close watch, but let him go where
he wants. I'll talk to him when I get back.
With this Mukuro ended the
transmission. He would undoubtedly have other missions in the area shortly, but
for now he could spend his time however he pleased. He saw flashes of light on
the surface, indicating a battlefield, and briefly thought back to Zanzabar.
After a moment's consideration, he turned and headed toward the planet's
surface.

Spike: Yea but they really look like they need help.
Denethor:
Normally yes I'd be interested in helping out but this mission is of upmost
importance to me. I must get revenge for the death of my parents and the
mercenary group who were just like a family to me.
Spike: I know but
still.
Denethor: Well if you want you can go help out. Sylvus 9 is only
twenty minutes from this postition. I can go alone.
Spike: No I'll go
with you. God knows you'll need the help especially since this is Alton we're
talking about.
Denethor: Then set course to Sylvus 9. We'll make a plan
and if we have time we'll come back and help them out.

behind him and Rei is all alone on the GS1, Rei tries to contact the Austoria on
the off bored comm system,

its best ability may i recomend a systems check then request a systems update

Rei: yeah, i think that will be a good idea, start the systems
check nowokay, im on my way.
MMI:*confermed, beggining Systems Check,
offline for approx 12 minutes*
Rei walks towards the hanger where the
Austoria has docked, on the way he passes some poeple who look like Enginers or
electrictions of somesort. When Rei enters the hanger he realises how badley the
Austoria had suffered.
Rei: this is going to take a lot of work... MMI
are systems checks compleate?
MMI:*affermative, awaiting confermation to
proceed with Uplink to HQ*
Rei: proceed.
The Austoria Connects
to the HQ and updates the guidence systems and thrusters configuration.
Rei: right now for some repairs,
Rei heads to the supply hangre
where he finds all the equipment he needs to repair the Austoria,

MMI can you transfer me the configurations for the Armada thrusters??

as i thought, MMI the thrusters installed are thost of MKII right?

Rei: well getredy for an upgrade cuz i just
found some MKIV's
Rei continues to rummage through the Repair parts and
comes across some interesting things,
Rei:Wow a mass rail driver, i
could use that.
MMI:*what on earth could you use that for? my systems
arnt compatiable*
Rei: Wait and see!
Rei: exits the repair
Hanger and is suddenly stopped by a guard,
Guard: hay where do you thikn
you are going?
Rei: i need to fix my Suit im sure Mukuro wont mind.
Guard: im not on about that, you forgot to pay,
Rei: Oh right,
Rei turns around and inserts his credit chip into a slot. *confermed*
Rei: thats okay, the IE just got charged for that,
Rei continues
his way to the Austoria and begins the Upgrade...

Bay door opens... he looks out into space at the vast sea of stars.

the Universe isnt suppose to be controlled by one man or group... there was a
time when it wasnt.. a time when alot of people didnt know there was someone out
there... the universe was so peaceful then. what ever happend to the days of
trying to discover new planets and civilizations?.. now its just about taking
them over... *sigh*
The X takes off out of Starblade and heads off into
space.
